You can receive permits from the Wildlife Authorities or from travel firms you can trust.
The Best Times to Take a Break
The greatest times to go for Gorilla trekking are when it isn’t raining. This is from June to September and from December to February. The forest floor is drier and easier to hike in the rainy season. The advantage of trekking mountain Gorillas in the rainy season is that the turnout is low and you have an exclusive gorilla family. For the dry season, you are likely to observe wildlife and find your way around the trails during these months.
